Data we process
The details you send us through the meeting form or by email:
- Identity: full name.
- Contact: work email and, if you provide it, phone number.
- Professional details: company, sector, number of branches in Istanbul and the engagement you are interested in.
- Request content: the note you write about your expansion plan and our correspondence.
Our site does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies. The provider hosting the site may keep visit logs (IP address, browser details, time of visit) for security and operation.
Branch lists and revenue data you may share after the meeting are outside the scope of this notice; they are processed under the confidentiality agreement signed separately.
Purposes
- To respond to your meeting request and schedule the meeting.
- To explain the engagement that suits you and prepare a quote.
- To carry out and keep a record of correspondence about your request.
- To keep the site secure and running (for visit logs).
We do not use your data for any other purpose.
How we collect it and the legal basis
Your data is collected electronically. The form on the site opens a ready message to us in your email app; you can also email us directly. Your data is processed on the following grounds under Article 5(2) of the KVKK:
- (c) It is directly related to the formation of a contract: responding to your request and preparing a quote.
- (f) Our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms: keeping records of correspondence and site security.
- (ç) Compliance with our legal obligations: record-keeping and reporting obligations under applicable law.
Your explicit consent is not required for this processing.
Transfers
Your data may be transferred only for the purposes above and only as far as necessary:
- To the providers of our email and website hosting services. Their servers may be located abroad; transfers abroad are made in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
- To competent public authorities on request, under our legal obligations.
Your data is not shared with any other client of ours or with any other third party.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you can:
- Find out whether your personal data is processed.
- Request information about it if it is processed.
- Find out the purpose of processing and whether the data is used for that purpose.
- Know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom it is transferred.
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate.
- Request its deletion or destruction under the conditions in Article 7 of the KVKK.
- Request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred.
- Object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis of the data.
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.
How to apply
You can send your application in writing to the address above, or from an email address you have previously given us and that is in our records to info@zonindex.com. Your application should include your full name, your signature for written applications, your Turkish ID number (for foreign nationals, nationality and passport or ID number), your address for notifications, your email address and phone number if any, and the subject of your request.
We conclude your application free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If the process involves an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. If your application is rejected, you find the answer insufficient or we do not answer in time, you can complain to the Board.
